The Role
As our E-Commerce & Customer Experience Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You are the primary point of contact for our community, ensuring that every interaction feels as premium and refined as our clothing. You are not just solving problems; you are an ambassador of the Raven London lifestyle, offering styling advice and ensuring the customer journey is seamless from the first click to the unboxing moment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Care: Manage all customer inquiries via email, chat, and social channels with a warm, empathetic, and professional tone.
- Personal Styling: Provide detailed advice on fit, fabric, and sizing to help customers make confident choices.
- Order Management: Oversee the daily fulfillment process, handle returns/exchanges, and liaise with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Website Maintenance: Assist in updating product pages, uploading new collections, and ensuring the website looks pristine at all times.
- Feedback Loop: Actively listen to customer feedback and share insights with the product team to help us improve.
Your Skills & Qualities
- Experience: You have 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or a high-end service role.
- Communication: Your English is flawless, both written and spoken. You know how to write with warmth and precision.
- Mindset: You are detail-oriented and organized. You take ownership of your tasks and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Passion: You have a genuine love for fashion and understand the nuances of "quiet luxury."
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Shopify and customer support platforms (like Zendesk) is a strong plus.

The Role
We are seeking a visionary Content Creative to help us tell the Raven London story visually. In this role, you will be responsible for translating our "editorial calm" aesthetic into engaging digital content. You understand that our brand isn't about shouting; it's about whispering the right message to the right people. You will work side-by-side with our founders to plan shoots, create reels, and manage our social calendar.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Film and edit high-quality Reels and TikToks that capture the mood, movement, and quality of our garments.
- Social Strategy: Plan and schedule the monthly social media calendar for Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Community Management: Engage with our followers daily, building a loyal community through authentic interaction.
- Visual Storytelling: Assist in styling and organizing brand photoshoots (campaign & e-commerce).
- Copywriting: Write compelling captions that reflect our refined, confident, and human tone of voice.
Your Skills & Qualities
- Experience: You have a portfolio that proves your eye for aesthetics. You have managed social media accounts for a lifestyle or fashion brand before.
- Aesthetic: You naturally gravitate towards minimalism, neutral tones, and clean design. You understand the Raven London "look."
- Skills: You are proficient in mobile video editing (CapCut/Premiere Rush) and graphic design tools (Canva/Adobe Suite).
- Proactive: You are always aware of the latest platform trends, but you know how to translate them so they fit our timeless brand.
