2. SHIPPING COSTS & DESTINATIONS

Destinations: Currently, Raven London ships exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
To manage expectations, we break down our delivery time into two parts:

Processing Time (1–3 Business Days): Once your order is placed, we need time to verify, pack, and send it to the carrier. Orders placed Monday–Thursday are usually processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends will be processed the next business day.

Transit Time (5–9 Business Days): This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 12 Business Days.
Please note: These are estimates. External factors such as weather conditions or courier delays are out of our control.
4. OUR SUSTAINABLE SHIPPING MODEL
At Raven London, we believe in fair pricing and minimizing our environmental impact. To keep our products accessible and sustainable, we consolidate orders and ship them in bulk from our central international warehouse once a minimum dispatch quantity is reached.

5. ORDER TRACKING

6. PLACING AN ORDER
